What's New?

Five months have passed since the formal unveiling at MWC 2019 of the foldable Huawei Mate X. And despite not getting to go through problems of durability and an overblown media scandal.

Its competitor Samsung Galaxy Fold, it is not yet published to the press.

In reality, according to a latest discussion with He Gang, Huawei’s director of the customer mobile phone range.

According to He Gang , Huawei is still actively “optimizing / perfecting” the Mate X to fulfill the

rigorous performance demands of the company.

He also acknowledges that this came out to be a more difficult method than initially expected dues to the

new processes of layout and techniques engaged in making the foldable handset.

Huawei Mate X

Everyone should be very clear that Huawei’s quality requirements are very demanding.
If it does not meet the quality requirements, we will not let the products go on the market.”

On the one side, this carefully worded declaration sounds relatively comforting to see how it brings the client first and their fulfillment. On the other side, it gives the feeling on Huawei’s side of backpedaling a lot.

It’s hardly a mystery that at this year’s MWC the run to foldable devices ended in a really hasty way.

The Huawei Mate X was scheduled for a September launch last we learned,
and so is the re-designed Samsung Galaxy Fold. He Gang said he was shrugging this concept.

Looking at this whole scenario unfolding, it is probably not inconceivable to believe that two main players analysing each other’s moves.

He Said:

“We have invested heavily in Mate X. As for when Samsung’s device will hit the market, it is not a key point for us to consider. The key point we consider is to hope that consumers can get this product when they get it. We ensure high-quality products with good consumer experience”

After being lately found with his own personal Mate X at an airport,Huawei CEO Richard Yu also responded vaguely
to the timing of the release of the Mate X.

“it will have to wait”

It’s fairly difficult to even speculate at this stage about launching applications. It’s likely secure to tell that both foldable devices are still some moment back from the real end-user fingers.
